Fue una tramitaci\u00f3n de \u00abDiscusi\u00f3n Inmediata\u00bb que buscaba inyectar recursos al Fondo de Estabilizaci\u00f3n de Precios del Petr\u00f3leo (FEPP) para frenar el alza de la parafina antes del invierno.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div id=\"model-response-message-contentr_537efe008aa24592\" class=\"markdown markdown-main-panel enable-updated-hr-color\" dir=\"ltr\" aria-live=\"polite\" aria-busy=\"false\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1\">El resultado final fue de <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"26\">138 votos a favor, 2 en contra y 4 abstenciones<\/b>. Dado que la gran mayor\u00eda de la C\u00e1mara respald\u00f3 la medida para evitar un impacto social mayor, el foco estuvo en el rol articulador de la <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"212\">Bancada DC<\/b> y el <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"228\">PPD<\/b>, quienes destrabaron el qu\u00f3rum.<\/p>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"2\" \/>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"3\">Desglose por Bancadas y Diputados Clave<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">A continuaci\u00f3n, el detalle de la votaci\u00f3n organizada por los bloques pol\u00edticos vigentes en abril de 2026:<\/p>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"5\">1. Oficialismo (Unidad por Chile: FA, PC, PS, PPD, PL)<\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Votaron en bloque <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"18\">A FAVOR<\/b>. La estrategia fue liderada por los diputados <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"72\">Jorge Brito (FA)<\/b> y <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"91\">Daniel Manouchehri (PS)<\/b>, quienes aseguraron que el financiamiento fuera de <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"166\">$40 millones de USD<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"8\">2. Centro y Puentes (DC, Amarillos, Dem\u00f3cratas)<\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Sus votos fueron considerados \u00abel salvavidas\u00bb del proyecto ante dudas iniciales de la oposici\u00f3n sobre el gasto fiscal.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Votaron a Favor:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10,0,1\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,1,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Jorge D\u00edaz Ibarra (DC):<\/b> El diputado por el Distrito 1 fue clave en alinear a su bancada, condicionando su voto a que el beneficio se viera reflejado en las regiones del norte.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Priscilla Castillo (DC):<\/b> Apoy\u00f3 la celeridad del proyecto.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"11\">3. Oposici\u00f3n (Chile Vamos y Republicanos)<\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Aunque apoyaron mayoritariamente para no \u00abcastigar\u00bb a la clase media, mantuvieron un discurso cr\u00edtico contra la pol\u00edtica energ\u00e9tica del gobierno.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"13\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Votaron a Favor:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"13,0,1\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,1,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,0,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Stephanie J\u00e9ldrez (Republicana):<\/b> Vot\u00f3 a favor resaltando la necesidad de devolver recursos a la gente, aunque critic\u00f3 la falta de subsidios para el gas licuado.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,0,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Guillermo Ram\u00edrez (UDI):<\/b> Respald\u00f3 la inyecci\u00f3n pero exigi\u00f3 mayor fiscalizaci\u00f3n al FEPP.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Abstenciones (4):<\/b> Principalmente de la bancada de Renovaci\u00f3n Nacional (RN) y algunos independientes, quienes argumentaron que el monto era insuficiente para cubrir todo el invierno 2026.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"14\">4. Disidencias y Votos en Contra<\/h4>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"15\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Votos en Contra (2):<\/b> Provenientes de la bancada del <b data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"52\">Partido de la Gente (PDG)<\/b> e independientes ligados al sector de \u00abCurauma\u00bb.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"15,0,1\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,0,1,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"15,0,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Argumento:<\/b> Su voto negativo se debi\u00f3 a que el proyecto no incluy\u00f3 una rebaja inmediata al Impuesto Espec\u00edfico o un subsidio similar para los cilindros de gas, acusando discriminaci\u00f3n hacia quienes no usan
